Shipping & returns

Return Policy

Due to the nature of personalized logo products, returns are limited to the following reasons:

  • Incorrect Item Shipped
  • Manufacturer Defects

We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any item found to have a manufacturing defect for a replacement.  We will also accept returns if we ship the product  and will reship the correct product.

Please note that all sales are final. We will exchange incorrectly shipped items or defective products but we cannot accept returns for items that were shipped correctly.

Returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be in the original selling condition, with the original packaging.
  • Items will be inspected upon receipt and your replacement items will be shipped immediately for the same products as your original order.
